Free Photoshop action to create a abstract pattern. The action will create 3 patterns sizes big (cell size of 170), medium (120) and small (60). Open an image and run the action. Once you run the action you’ll find 3 folders. Toggle off/on the visibility to view different size patterns. If you want to make your own custom size pattern, follow this tutorial

You can use the pattern action directly on any image or create your own blurred background by using Gaussian blur (Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur) on any image before running the action.
