Refunds
Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not offer a refund or credit to Graphicadi shop.
Delivery of Digital Goods
All items on Graphicadi shop are digital and do not require shipping. Files will be delivered electronically within minutes of your order. A link for your download will be sent to the email address you have associated with your account/order. Please note that you’ll need to be logged in to download your files.

Sales to End User Only
Graphicadi.com sells products to end-users only. All products are subject to End-User License Agreement. Resale or redistribution of products offered on the Graphicadi website is expressly forbidden.
Payment Methods
When purchasing from Graphicadi you can pay securely with PayPal or Stripe. You can use your credit card or PayPal balance to pay. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to pay with your credit card. How to pay with credit card?
- When paying with credit card via PayPal, your purchase will appear on your bank statement under the name “AJCODE”
Taxes
Everyone who lives in European Union country will have to pay VAT (Value-added tax) determined by the country that you live in. Buyers from out side European Union don’t have to pay taxes to Graphicadi webshop.
Discount Coupons
You can only use one discount code per order / person. Discount codes can only be applied on purchases over $10 and on regular priced products only unless mentioned other wise. Discounts cannot be claimed afterwards.
Modification to the Service and Prices
- Prices for the Service are subject to change without notice.
- Graphicadi.com reserves the right at any time to time to modify or discontinue, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- Graphicadi.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Freebies
The downloadable freebie resources supplied on Graphicadi are available for use in your personal and commercial design projects.
You Can:
- Use the resources in your personal work, in whole or part.
- Can be used for both personal or commercial work for yourself or on behalf of a client.
- Share the resources with others, under the following terms:
- Link to the resource webpage, not the actual download file.
- Use an excerpt from the webpage if necessary (don’t copy the full article and paste it on your own website)
You Can Not:
- You can NOT sell the resources directly for profit (eg. Selling the items on stock resource websites)
- You can NOT redistribute the files or make derivatives our of them.
- You can NOT create saleable items directly from a resource (eg. Creating a t-shirt design using a single vector graphic. Using the resources as additions to your own design work is acceptable)
- You can NOT make the resource files available for download outside of Graphicadi. You can link to the webpage, not the download file.
Credit/Attribution:
A credit or attribution to Graphicadi is not mandatory, but is very much appreciated. It’s not always convenient to add a credit or attribution to your design work, but remember there are other alternatives:

- Tweet about Graphicadi on Twitter
- Use the ‘share’ buttons on the resource page to spread the word

Using your email address
When you enter your email or sign in through social networks, you agree to that your
email address will be added to the subscription list for sending target news and special offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the end of any of emails received from us.
Social Apps & Permissions
When you sign in through social networks, the Content Locker may ask you to grant
permissions to read or perform some social actions.
The Content Locker retrieves only the following information (according the Privacy Policy of this website):

- Email address
Content Locker never collects other data and never publish anything in social networks from your behalf without your permissions. After unlocking the content the Content Locker removes all the access tokens received from you and never uses them again.

Adult content (this includes adult-oriented dating and companionship services such as mail-order brides), Content that advocates against an individual, group, or organization, Copyrighted material, Drug, alcohol, and tobacco-related content, Hacking and cracking content, Sites that offer compensation programs (“pay-to” sites), Sites that use Google Brand features, Violent content, Weapon-related content, Other illegal content.
We keep the right to turn down any advertisement that we think does not fit Graphicadi’s brand.
